Mango Rasam Recipe

Ingredients for Mango Rasam Recipe in Hindi

कच्चा आम – 2 (Raw mango)
अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट – 1 T spoon (Ginger garlic paste)
जीरा – 1/4 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
हरी मिर्च – 4 (Green chilli)
राय – 1/4 T spoon (Mustard seeds)
कड़ी पत्ता – 5 -8 (Curry leaves)
सूखी लाल मिर्च – 2 (Dry red chilli)
हल्दी – 1/4 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Mango Rasam Recipe – विधि

★ एक बर्तन में आम और अवसक्ता अनुसार पानी डाल उबाल लीजिए. उसके बाद आम का पल्प निकाल कर उसमे 1 लीटर पानी डाल कर साइड में रख लीजिए.
प्याज़ और हरी मिर्च को बारीक़ कट लीजिए.

★ अब एक पेन में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे राय, जीरा, सूखी लाल मिर्च डाल कर भून लीजिए. उसके बाद अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट डाल कर मिलाये. अब बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज़, हल्दी डाल कर भुने.

★ अब पानी मिलाया हुआ आम मिश्रण को गैस पर रखे. अब उसमे तड़का डालकर मिलाये. अब उसमे हरी मिर्च, कड़ी पत्ता, नमक मिलाकर कुछ देर पका कर गैस बंद कर लीजिए. आम रसम तैयार.

Mango Rasam Recipe In English

★ Take a vessel and add mangoes, sufficient water and boil them. After that remove mango pulp, add 1 ltr of water to it and keep aside. Finely chop onions and green chillies.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilli and fry. Then add ginger garlic paste and mix. Now add onions, turmeric powder and fry.

★ Put water mixed mango mixture on stove. Mix tempering in this. Now add green chilli, curry leaves, salt cook for a while and switch off the gas. Mango Rasam is ready.
