Mango Rava Idli Recipe

Ingredients for Mango Rava Idli Recipe in Hindi

रवा – 1 कप (Semolina – 1 cup )
काजू – 4 – 5 (Cashew)
चीनी – 1 कप (Sugar – 1 cup )
इलायची पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
आम का पल्प – 1 कप (Mango pulp – 1 cup )
सूखा नारियल – 1/4 कप (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Dry coconut – 1/4 cup (grated) )
घी – 2 Table spoon (Ghee)

How to Make Mango Rava Idli Recipe – विधि

★ अब एक पेन घी डालकर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे रवा डाल कर हल्का ब्राउन होने तक भून कर निकाल लीजिये.

★ अब रवा में आम का पल्प डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाये. उसके बाद चीनी डाल कर मिलाये. अब इलायची पाउडर और कद्दूकस किया हुआ नारियल डाल कर मिला लीजिये.

★ अब इडली कुकर में पानी डाल कर गैस पर रखे. अब इडली के काचो पर घी लगाकर रवा मिश्रण उसमे भरे और कुकर के अन्दर रख कर 7 – 8 मिनट तक भाप में पकाये.

★ अब इडली को निकाल कर उसके ऊपर एक एक काजू रख कर सजाये. गरमा गरम आम रवा इडली तैयार.

Mango Rava Idli Recipe In English

★ Heat ghee in a pan. Add semolina and fry till it turns golden brown then keep it aside.

★ Now add mango pulp in semolina and mix well. After that add sugar and mix. Now add cardamom powder, grated coconut and mix.

★ Pour water in idli cooker and keep it on stove. Grease idli stands with ghee, pour idli batter in it, put stands inside cooker and steam them for 7 to 8 mins.

★ Remove idlis from idli stand and garnish them with cashew. Mango Rava Idli is ready.
