Mango Vermicelli Kheer Recipe

Ingredients for Mango Vermicelli Kheer Recipe in Hindi

आम का पल्प – 2 कप (Mango pulp)
दूध – 2 कप (Milk)
चीनी – 2 कप (Sugar)
इलायची पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
काजू – 1 Table spoon (Cashew)
पिस्ता – 1 Table spoon (Pista)
घी – 1 कप (Ghee)
सेवईयां – 1 कप (Vermicelli)

How to Make Mango Vermicelli Kheer Recipe – विधि

★ दूध को गरम करके रख लीजिये.

★ कड़ाई में तोडा सा घी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे सेवईयां डाल कर 1 मिनट भून कर, उसके बाद अवसक्ता अनुसार पानी डाल कर उबाल कर रख लीजिये.

★ अब एक बर्तन में चीनी और पानी डाल कर उबालने रखे. चीनी गलने के बाद छान कर अलग रख लीजिये. काजू और पिस्ता को भून कर रख लीजिये.

★ आम के पल्प में थोड़ा सा पानी डाल कर उबालने रखे, अब उसमे चीनी चाशनी डाल कर मिलाते हुए पकाये. अब उबला हुआ सेवईयां डाल कर मिलाये. अब दूध डाल कर धीमी आंच पर 5 मिनट पकाये. अब इलायची पाउडर और काजू पिस्ता डाल कर गैस बंद कर लीजिये. आम सेवईयां खीर तैयार.

Mango Vermicelli Kheer Recipe In English

★ Boil milk and keep aside.

★ Heat little ghee in a pan. Add vermicelli in it and fry for 1 min then add sufficient water and boil it.

★ Take a vessel and add sugar, water and boil them. After sugar melts, filter it and keep aside. Fry cashew, pista and keep aside.

★ In mango pulp add some water and boil it. Now add sugar syrup stir and cook. Add boiled vermicelli and mix. Now add milk and cook on low flame for 5 mins. Add cardamom powder, cashew, pista and switch off the gas. Mango Vermicelli Kheer is ready.
