Ingredients for Masoor Dal Recipe in Hindi

मसूर दाल – 1 कप (100 ग.म) (Split red lentil)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
लहसुन – 12 (कालिया) (Garlic cloves)
प्याज़ – 2 (Onion)
निम्बू – 1 (Lemon)
जीरा पाउडर – 2 Table spoon (Cumin powder)
काली मिर्च पाउडर – 2 Table spoon (Black pepper powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
धनिया पत्ता – 3 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)

How to Make Masoor Dal Recipe – विधि

★ मसूर दाल को धो कर भीगो कर रखे. लहसुन और प्याज़ को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम करे. अब उसमे बारीक़ कटा हुआ लहसुन डाल कर भुने. बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज़ डाल कर भुने. अब थोड़ा गरम पानी और भिगो कर रखा हुआ दाल डाल कर पकाये. दाल पकने के बाद दाल को मैस कर लीजिये. अब जीरा पाउडर,काली मिर्च पाउडर,नमक डाल कर मिलाये. अब गैस बंद कर दीजिये.अब दाल में निम्बू का रस डाल कर ऊपर से धनिया पत्ता से सजाये. गरमा गरम लेमन एंड लेंटिल तैयार.

Masoor Dal Recipe In English

★ Wash lentils and soak them. Finely chop garlic and onions.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and fry. Add onions and fry. Add some hot water, soaked lentils and cook. After lentils are boiled mash them. Now add cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt and mix then switch off the gas. Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves. Masoor Dal is ready.
