Mathura Peda Recipe

Ingredients for Mathura Peda Recipe in Hindi

खोया – 2 कप (Khoya – 2 cup )
दूध – 1 Table spoon (Milk)
चीनी – 1/2 कप (Sugar)
इलायची पाउडर -1/4 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
केसर – 1/4 T spoon (Saffron)

How to Make Mathura Peda Recipe – विधि

★ दूध में केसर मिलाकर साइड में रख लीजिये.

★ अब एक नॉन स्टिक पेन में खोया डाल कर मध्यम आंच पर 7 – 8 मिनट तक पकाये. उसके बाद चीनी मिलाकर मिलाते हुये 2 मिनट पकाये. अब गैस बंद कर लीजिये.

★ अब इस मिश्रण को एक प्लेट में लेकर सामान रूप में फैला कर डक्कर 1 घंटे तक साइड में रख लीजिये.

★ अब खोया मिश्रण को चम्मच से एक बार अच्छी तरह मिलाये. उसके बाद उसमे इलायची पाउडर और केसर मिला हुआ दूध डाल कर अच्छी तरह मिला लीजिये. अब इस मिश्रण से छोटे छोटे बॉल्स बना कर एक ऊँगली से हल्का दबाये. मदुर पैदा तैयार.

Mathura Peda Recipe In English

★ Soak saffron in milk and keep aside.

★ Take a non-stick pan and add khoya and cook on medium flame for 7 to 8 mins. Add sugar stir continuously and cook for 2 mins then switch off the gas.

★ Put this mixture in a plate spread evenly, cover it and keep it aside for 1 hr.

★ Stir khoya mixture once with a spoon. Add cardamom powder, saffron milk and mix well. Take small portions from this mixture, make balls and press them slightly. Mathura Peda is ready.
