Ingredients for Methi Namkeen Recipe in Hindi

गेहू का आटा – 1/2 कप (Wheat flour 1/2 Cup)
कसूरी मेथी – 1/2 कप (Kasoori methi 1/2 Cup)
तिल – 2 Table spoon (Sesame seeds)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
बेसन – 1/2 कप (Gram flour 1/2 Cup)
मैदा – 1/2 कप (Maida 1/2 Cup)
सूजी – 1/2 कप (Semolina 1/2 Cup)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Methi Namkeen Recipe – विधि

★ अब एक बाउल में गेहू का आटा, बेसन, सूजी, कसूरी मेथी, तिल, नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, मैदा, १/४ कप तेल डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये. उसके बाद थोड़ा थोड़ा पानी मिलाकर चपाती के आटे की तरह गूथ लीजिये.

★ अब आटे से एक मोटा चपाती बेल कर डायमंड शेप काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे कटा डायमंड डाल कर गोल्डन ब्राउन होने तक तल कर निकाल लीजिये. गरमा गरम मेथी डायमंड्स तैयार.

Methi Namkeen Recipe In English

★ Take a bowl and add wheat flour, gram flour, semolina, dry fenugreek leaves, sesame seeds, salt, red chilli powder, maida, ¼ cup of oil and mix well. Add sufficient water and knead soft dough.

★ Make a thick chapathi from dough and cut it into diamond shaped pieces.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Put diamond pieces in it and fry till they turn golden brown. Methi Namkeens are ready.
