Ingredients for Milk Powder Mysore Pak Recipe in Hindi

दूध पाउडर – 1 कप (Milk powder – 1 cup )
मैदा – 2 Table spoon (Maida)
घी – 1 कप (Ghee – 1 cup )
चीनी – 1 कप (Sugar – 1 cup )
इलायची पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
नमक – 1 पिंच (Salt – 1 pinch )

How to Make Milk Powder Mysore Pak Recipe – विधि

★ अब एक बर्तन में चीनी और 1/2 कप पानी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब एक तार की चाशनी बन्ने तक पकाये.

★ अब एक बाउल में मैदा, दूध पाउडर, नमक, इलायची पाउडर, 1 चम्मच घी डाल कर मिलाये.

★ अब चीनी गल कर एक तार की चाशनी बन्ने के बाद दूध पाउडर डाल कर 2 – 3 मिनट तक अछि तरह मिलाकर आंच को धीमी कर दीजिये. उसके बाद 3 चम्मच घी मिलाकर और 3 मिनट तक पकाये.

★ अब मिश्रण पक कर कड़ाई से न चिपके लगे तब और 3 चम्मच घी मिलाकर गैस बन्द कर लीजिये.

★ अब एक बड़े प्लेट में घी लगाकर मिश्रण उसमे डालकर एक सामान फैलाइये और टांडे होने के बाद अपने मनपसन्द आकार में काट लीजिये. दूध पाउडर मैसूर पाक तैयार.

Milk Powder Mysore Pak Recipe In English

★ Take a vessel and add sugar, ½ cup of water and heat it. Boil till it forms one thread consistency.

★ Take a bowl and add maida, milk powder, salt, cardamom powder, 1 spoon ghee and mix.

★ After sugar melts and forms one thread consistency add milk powder and cook for 2 to 3 mins mix well and reduce the flame. After that add 3 spoons of ghee and cook for 3 mins.

★ After mixture is cooked and does not stick to the pan add 3 more spoons of ghee and switch off the gas.

★ Grease a big plate with ghee and pour mixture on it and spread evenly and after cooling cut it into desired shape. Milk Powder Mysore Pak is ready.
