Ingredients for Missi Roti Recipe in Hindi

गेहू का आटा – 2 कप (Wheat flour – 2 cup )
बेसन – 1 कप (Gram flour – 1 cup )
जीरा – 1 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
कसूरी मेथी – 1 T spoon (Kasuri methi)
हल्दी – 1 pinch (Turmeric powder)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste )
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required )

How to Make Missi Roti Recipe – विधि

★ प्याज़ को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब एक बाउल में गेहू का आटा, बेसन, बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज़, नमक, हल्दी, जीरा, कसूरी मेथी, लाल मिर्च पाउडर डाल कर मिलाये. उसके बाद थोड़ा थोड़ा पानी मिलाकर आटा गूथ लीजिये. अब आटे को ढककर 30 मिनट तक साइड में रख लीजिये.

★ अब तवे को गरम कीजिये. अब गुथे हुए आटे से एक बड़े निम्बू के बराबर का लोई लेकर गोल बनाये और सूखे आटे में लपटे कर पतला रोटी बेल लीजिये. अब इस रोटी को तवे पर रख कर दोनों और तेल लगाकर या बिना तेल का सेक लीजिये. इसी तरह सारे रोटी बना लीजिये. गरमा गरम मिस्सी रोटी तैयार.

Instructions for Missi Roti Recipe In English

★ Finely chop onions.

★ Take a bowl and add wheat flour, gram flour, finely chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, kasoori methi, red chilli powder and mix. Add sufficient water and knead soft dough. Cover dough and keep aside for 30 mins.

★ Heat tawa. Take small portion from dough and shape it into ball (big lemon size). Put little dry flour and roll it into thin roti using rolling pin. Put it on tawa. Fry it with or without applying oil. In the same manner fry all rotis. Tasty Missi Roti is ready.
