Ingredients for Mixed Fruit Raita Recipe in Hindi

दही – 2 cup (Curd)
केला – 1 cup (कटा हुआ) (Banana -1 Cup (Pieces) )
अनन्नास – 1 cup (कटा हुआ) (Pineapple -1 Cup (Pieces))
सेब – 1 cup (कटा हुआ) (Apple-1 Cup (Pieces))
पका आम – 1 cup (कटा हुआ) (Mango-1 Cup (Pieces))
अनार के दाने – 1 cup (Pomegranate)
धनिया पता – 2 Table spoon (बारीक़ काट हुआ) (Coriander leaves – 2 table spoons (Finely chopped))
चीनी – स्वाद के अनुसार (Sugar – to taste)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Black pepper powder)

How to Make Mixed Fruit Raita Recipe – विधि

★ दही में नमक, चीनी, काली मिर्च पाउडर तोडा दूध या पानी डाल कर अछि तरह फेट लीजिये.

★ अब फेटा हुआ दही में कटा हुआ फल पीसेस डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये, अब बरिका कटा हुआ धनिया पता और अनार के दाने डाल कर मिलाये, अब रायता को तोड़ी देर फ्रीज़ में रखे, अब ठंडा ठंडा रायता परोसिये.

★ Add salt, sugar, black pepper powder, small quantity of milk or water in curd and mix well.

★ Add fruit pieces to curd and mix well. Add coriander leaves, pomegranate seeds and mix well. Keep raita in refrigerator for cooling. Tasty Mixed Fruit Raita is ready.
