Ingredients for Mooli Paratha Recipe in Hindi

गेहू का आटा – 1 कप (Wheat flour 1 cup)
मूली – 1 कप (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Radish 1 cup)
हरी मिर्च – 1 (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Green chilli)
अदरक – 1/4 T spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Ginger)
जीरा पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Cumin powder)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
धनिया पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Coriander powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Mooli Paratha Recipe – विधि

★ कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे हरी मिर्च, अदरक डाल कर पकाये. उसके बाद कद्दूकस किया हुआ मूली, नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, जीरा पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाकर गैस बंद कर लीजिये.

★ अब आटे में नमक डाल कर मिलाये. अब थोड़ा थोड़ा पानी मिलाकर नरम आटा गूथ लीजिये.

★ अब तवा गैस पर रख कर गरम कीजिये. अब गुथे हुये आटे से एक निम्बू के बराबर का लोई लेकर गोल कीजिये, अब लोई को हल्का दबा कर एक कटोरी जैसा बना कर उसमे मूली मिश्रण रख कर चारो और से बंद करके गोल कीजिये और पतला चपाती बेल लीजिये. अब इस चपाती को तवा पर रख कर दोनों और तेल या मक्खन लगाकर सेक लीजिये. गरमा गरम मूली पराठा तैयार.

Mooli Paratha Recipe In English

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add green chilli, ginger and cook. Now add grated radish, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix well then switch off the gas.

★ Add salt in wheat flour and mix. Add sufficient water and knead soft dough.

★ Heat tawa. Take small portion from dough and shape it into ball (lemon size). Make a puri with hands, create depth in the center and put 1 spoon radish mixture in it, bring the edges together towards center. Join all edges and pinch them together. Press slightly with hands, put little dry flour and roll it to thin paratha using rolling pin. Put it on tawa. Apply oil on both sides and fry till it turns brown. In the same manner fry all parathas. Mooli sparathas are ready.
