Moong Dal Pakoda Recipe

Ingredients for Moong Dal Pakoda Recipe in Hindi

मूंगदाल – 1 1/2 कप (Yellow lentils – 1 1/2 cup )
चावल का आटा – 2 T spoon (Rice flour)
हरी मिर्च – 2 (Green chilli)
बेकिंग सोडा – 1 pinch (Baking soda)
अदरक – 1/2 इंच का टुकड़ा (Ginger – 1/2 inch piece )
धनिया पत्ता – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon (finely chopped) )
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste )
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required )

How to Make Moong Dal Pakoda Recipe – विधि

★ मूंगदाल को पानी में 1 – 2 घंटे तक भिगो कर रखे. उसके बाद दाल को 2 – 3 बार पानी साफ कर लीजिये.

★ अब दाल, हरी मिर्च, अदरक, नमक को मिलाकर मिक्सी से पीस लीजिये.

★ अब पिसा हुआ दाल को एक बाउल में निकाल लीजिये. अब उसमे धनिया पत्ता, बेकिंग सोडा, चावल का आटा, लाल मिर्च पाउडर डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डालकर गरम कीजिये. अब हाथ से दाल मिश्रण थोड़ा थोड़ा उठाकर गरम तेल गोल गोल पकोड़े की तरह डाले और हल्का ब्राउन होने तक तल कर निकाल लीजिये. गरमा गरम मूंगदाल पकोड़े तैयार.

Instructions for Moong Dal Pakoda Recipe In English

★ Soak yellow lentils in water for 1 to 2 hrs. After that wash them 2 to 3 times with water.

★ Grind yellow lentils, green chilli, ginger and salt.

★ Put ground yellow lentils mixture in a bowl. In this add coriander leaves, baking soda, rice flour, red chilli powder and mix well.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Take some yellow lentils mixture with hand slowly drop pakodas into hot oil and fry till they turn golden brown then take them out from oil. Moong Dal Pakoda is ready.
