Ingredients for Murgh Khurchan Recipe in Hindi

बोनलेस चिकन – 250 g.m (Boneless chicken)
शिमला मिर्च – 1 (Capsicum)
क्रीम – 1 Table spoon (Cream)
मक्खन – 1 Table spoon (Butter)
टमाटर – 3 (Tomato)
हल्दी – 1 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट – 1 T spoon (Ginger garlic paste)
धनिया पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Coriander powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)

How to Make Murgh Khurchan Recipe – विधि

★ चिकन पीसेस को पानी से अछि तरह साफ कर लीजिये, टमाटर को काट कर पीस लीजिये, शिमला मिर्च को छोटे टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये.

★ अब एक कड़ाई में पीसा हुआ टमाटर का पेस्ट डाल कर भूनें, अब उसमें डालें अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट, हल्दी, लाल मिर्च पाउडर और धनिया पाउडर डाल कर धीमी आंच पर पकाये.

★ अब चिकन पीसेस, शिमला मिर्च और नमक डाल कर मिलाये, क्रीम और मक्खन मिलाकर धीमी आंच पर पकाये, अब चिकन पूरी तरह पकने के बाद नमक चैक करके गैस बंद कर लीजिये, गरमा गरम खुरचन मुर्गी करी तैयार.

Murgh Khurchan Recipe In English

★ Wash chicken thoroughly with water. Cut tomatoes and grind them. Cut capsicum in to small pieces.

★ Take a pan, fry tomato paste in it, now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cook on low flame.

★ Now add chicken pieces, capsicum, salt and mix. Add cream, butter and cook on low flame. After chicken is completely cooked switch off the gas. Tasty Murgh Khurchan is ready.
