Mushroom Fry Recipe

Ingredients for Mushroom Fry Recipe in Hindi

मशरुम – 200 g.m (Mushroom)
अदरक लहुसन का पेस्ट – 1 T spoon (Ginger garlic paste)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
प्याज़ – 2 (Onion)
हल्दी – 1/4 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
कड़ी पत्ता – 8 – 10 (Curry leaves)
धनिया पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Coriander powder)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
गरम मसाला पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Graram masala powder)
धनिया पत्ता – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Mushroom Fry Recipe – विधि

★ मशरुम को छोटे टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये. प्याज़ को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे जीरा और कड़ी पत्ता डालकर भुने. उसके बाद बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज़ डाल कर पकाये. अब अदरक लहुसन का पेस्ट डालकर मिलाये. उसके बाद हल्दी, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, नमक डालकर अछि तरह मिलाये. अब कटा हुआ मशरुम डाल कर ढककर पकाये.

★ अब मशरुम अछि तरह पकाने के बाद गरम मसाला पाउडर डालकर 1 मिनट तक पका कर धनिया पत्ता मिलाकर गैस बन्द कर लीजिये. गरमा गरम मशरुम फ्राई तैयार.

Instructions for Mushroom Fry Recipe In English


★ Cut mushroom into small pieces. Finely chop onions.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and fry. Add chopped onions and cook. Add ginger garlic paste and mix. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and mix well. Add mushroom pieces, cover with lid and cook.

★ After mushroom is cooked add garam masala powder and cook for 1 min then add coriander leaves and switch off the gas. Mushroom Fry is ready.
