Ingredients for Mushroom Pulao Recipe in Hindi

मशरुम – 200 gm (Mushroom)
बासमती चावल – 1/2 किलो (Basmati rice)
प्याज़ – 2 (Onion)
हरी मिर्च -6 (Green chilli)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
घी – 2 Table spoon (Ghee)
काली इलायची – 2 (Black cardamom)
लौंग – 2 (Clove)
दालचीनी – 1 इंच का टुकड़ा (Cinnamon)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
अदरक, लहसुन का पेस्ट – 3 Table spoon (Ginger, garlic paste)
गरम पानी – 1/4 लीटर (Hot water)

How to Make Mushroom Pulao Recipe – विधि

★ मशरुम को अछि तरह धो कर चार टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये.

★ चावल को धो कर 20 मिनट तक भिगो कर रखे.

★ प्याज़ और हरी मिर्च को पतला लम्बा काट लीजिये.

★ अब एक कड़ाई में तेल और घी डाल कर गरम कीजिये, अब उसमे डाले इलायची, लौंग, दालचीनी डाल कर भुने, अब कटा हुआ प्याज़ और हरी मिर्च डाल कर 2 मिनट धीमी आंच पर भुने, अब कटा हुआ मशरुम डाल कर 1 मिनट तक भुने, अदरक,लहसुन का पेस्ट भी डाल कर भुने, अब गरम पानी और नमक डाल मिलाये, अब चावल डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये, अब चावल आधा पकने के बाद धीमी आंच पर 10 मिनट तक दम कीजिये, गरमा गरम मशरुम पुलाव Mushroom Pulao Recipe तैयार.

Mushroom Pulao Recipe In English

★ Wash mushrooms thoroughly, cut each one in to 4 pieces.

★ Wash rice and soak them for 20 mins.

★ Cut onions and green chillies in to thin long slices.

★ Heat ghee and oil in a pan. Add cinnamon, clove, black cardamom and fry. Add onions, green chillies and cook for 2 mins on low flame. Add mushrooms and fry for 1 min. Add ginger garlic paste and fry. Add hot water, salt and mix. Add rice and mix well. After rice is half cooked reduce the flame and cook for 10 mins. Tasty Mushroom Pulao is ready.
