Matar ki Puri Recipe

Ingredients for Matar ki Poori Recipe in Hindi

गेहू का आटा – 2 कप (Wheat flour – 2 cup)
सूजी – 1 Table spoon (Semolina)
हरा मटर – 1 कप (Green peas – 1 cup )
धनिया पत्ता – 1/4 cup (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup (finely chopped) )
हरी मिर्च – 2 (Green chilli)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
धनिया पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Coriander powder)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste )
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required )

Matar ki Puri Recipe

How to Make Matar ki Puri Recipe – विधि

★ मटर, हरी मिर्च, धनिया पत्ता, जीरा को मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस लीजिये.

★ अब एक बाउल में गेहू का आटा, नमक, सूजी, पिसा हुआ मटर मिश्रण, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर डालकर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये. अब उसमे थोड़ा थोड़ा पानी मिलाकर आटा गूथ लीजिये. अब आटे को ढककर 10 मिनट तक साइड में रख लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डालकर गरम कीजिये. अब आटे से छोटे लोई थोड़ा कर एक चोट पूरी भेल कर गरम तेल में डालकर पलट पलट कर तल कर निकाल लीजिये. इसी तरह सारे पूरी बेल कर तल कर निकाल लीजिये. गरमा गरम मटर पूरी तैयार.

Instructions for Matar ki Puri Recipe In English

★ Grind green peas, green chillies, coriander leaves and cumin seeds.

★ Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt, semolina, green peas mixture, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well. Add sufficient water and knead dough. Cover dough and keep aside for 10 mins.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Take small portion from dough, roll it into small puri, slide it into oil and fry it on both sides. In same way fry all puris. Matar ki Puri is ready.
