Ingredients for Nankhatai Recipe in Hindi

मैदा – 1 कप (Maida – 1 Cup)
सूजी – 1 Table spoon (Semolina)
बेसन – 1/2 कप (Gram flour – ½ Cup)
चीनी पाउडर – 1/2 कप (Sugar powder – ½ Cup)
घी – 1/2 कप (Ghee – ½ Cup)
इलायची पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
बादाम – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Almond)
बेकिंग पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Baking powder)
जायफल पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Nutmeg powder)

How to Make Nankhatai Recipe – विधि

★ अब एक बाउल में चीनी और घी डाल कर अछि फेट लीजिये.

★ मैदा और बेसन को छान लीजिये. अब घी मिश्रण में मैदा, बेसन, सूजी, बेकिंग पाउडर डाल कर मिलाये. उसके बाद इलायची पाउडर. जायफल पाउडर डालकर नरम आटे की तरह गूथ लीजिये. बेकिंग ट्रे में घी लगकर चिकना कीजिये.

★ अब इस मिश्रण से थोड़ा थोड़ा मिश्रण निकालिये दोनों हाथो की सहायता से गोल कीजिये और हल्का दबाये उसके ऊपर एक बादाम रख कर दबाये. सारे मिश्रण के गोल इसी तरह बना कर ट्रे में रख लीजिये.

★ अब ओवन में ट्रे रख 180 डि .से पर 20 – 25 मिनट तक हल्का गोल्ड कलर आने तक बेक कर लीजिये. नानखताई तैयार.

Nankhatai Recipe In English

★ Take a bowl, add sugar, ghee and mix well.

★ Sieve maida and gram flour. In ghee mixture add maida, gram flour, semolina, baking powder and mix. Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and make soft dough. Grease baking tray with ghee.

★ Take small portions from dough and shape them into small balls with hands. Take one dough ball, slightly press it, put an almond on it and press again. Repeat the same process for all dough balls and keep them in baking tray.

★ Keep baking tray in oven. Bake them at 180 degree C for 20 to 25 mins till they turn into golden brown color. Tasty Nankhatai are ready.
