Oats Idli Recipe

Ingredients for Oats Idli Recipe in Hindi

ओट्स – 2 कप (Oats – 2 cup)
उरद दाल – 1 Table spoon (White lentil)
गाजर – 2 Table spoon (कदुकस किया हुआ)(Carrot – 2 table spoon (grated))
राय – 1 T spoon (Mustard seeds)
धनिया पत्ता – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ)(Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon (finely chopped))
चना दाल – 1/2 Table spoon (Bengal gram)
हरी मिर्च – 2 (Green chilli)
हल्दी – 1 पिन्च (Turmeric powder – 1 pinch)
दही – 2 कप (Curd – 2 cup)
इनो फ्रूट साल्ट – 1 पिन्च (Eno fruit salt – 1 pinch)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required)

Oats Idli Recipe in Hindi

How to Make Oats Idli Recipe – विधि

★ कड़ाई में ओट्स डाल कर हल्का रंग बदलने तक भुने. उसके बाद ओट्स को मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस लीजिये.

★ अब एक छोटे पेन में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे राय, चना दाल, उरद दाल डाल कर भुने. अब हरी मिर्च, गाजर, धनिया पत्ता, हल्दी डाल कर 1 मिनट पका कर गैस बंद कर लीजिये. अब इस मिश्रण को ओट्स मिश्रण में डाल कर मिलाये. उसके बाद दही, नमक, इनो फ्रूट साल्ट मिलाकर इडली मिश्रण जैसा बना लीजिये.

★ अब इडली कुकर में पानी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. उसके इडली के खाचो पर तेल लगाकर चिकना कीजिये. अब उसमे ओट्स मिश्रण बर कर इडली कुकर में रखकर ढककर 15 मिनट तक पकाये. गरमा गरम ओट्स इडली तैयार.

Oats Idli Recipe In English

★ Fry oats in a pan till color changes slightly. After that grind oats in grinder.

★ Heat oil in a small pan. Now add mustard seeds, bengal gram, white lentils and fry them. Now add green chillies, carrot, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and cook for 1 min and switch off gas. Mix this mixture in oats mixture. Add curd, salt, eno fruit salt and prepare idli batter.

★ Pour water in idli cooker and keep it on stove for heating. Apply oils in idli stand slots, pour batter in them with a spoon. Keep idli stand in cooker, cover it, and cook with steam for 15 mins. Tasty Oats Idlis are ready.
