Oats Khichdi Recipe

Ingredients for Oats Khichdi Recipe in Hindi

ओट्स – 1 कप (Oats)
मूंग दाल – 1/2 कप (Yellow moong dal)
गाजर, बीन्स, मटर – 1 कप (कटा हुआ) (Carrot, beans, green peas)
मेथी के पत्ते – 1/2 कप (Fenugreek leaves)
हरी मिर्च – 4 (Green chilli)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
अदरक – 1 T spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Ginger)
कड़ी पत्ता – 10 -12 (Curry leaves)
हल्दी – 1/4 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
प्याज़ – 1/2 कप (कटा हुआ) (Onion)
पानी – 4 कप (Water)

How to Make Oats Khichdi Recipe – विधि

★ मूंग दाल में 2 कप पानी डाल कर उबालने रखे, दाल आधा पकने के बाद गैस के ऊपर से हटा कर साइड रख दीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये, गरम तेल में हरी मिर्च, प्याज़ और कड़ी पता डाल कर भुने, उसके बाद अदरक और मैथी के पत्ते डाल कर पकाये, अब कटा हुआ सब्जी डाल कर 2 मिनट पकाये, 2 कप पानी और नमक डाल कर मिलाये, अब पानी में उबाल आने के बाद ओट्स और आधा उबला हुआ मूंग दाल पानी साथ डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाकर धीमी आंच पर पकाये. गरमा गरम ओट्स खिचड़ी तैयार Oats Khichdi for Healthy and Weight Loss.

Oats Khichdi Recipe In English

★ Add 2 cups water in green gram and boil them. When green gram is half boiled take it from stove and keep aside.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add green chilli, onion, curry leaves and fry them. Add ginger, fenugreek leaves and cook. Add vegetable pieces and cook for 2 mins. Add 2 cups water, salt and mix. When water comes to boil add oats, half boiled green gram along with water and mix well and cook on low flame. Oats Khichdi is ready. Oats Khichdi is good for health and weight loss.
