Oats Vegetable Baath Recipe

Ingredients for Oats Vegetable Baath Recipe in Hindi

ओअट्स – 1 कप (Oats – 1 cup )
सूखी लाल मिर्च – 1 -2 (Dry red chilli)
कॉर्न सीड्स – 3 T spoon (Corn seeds)
प्याज़ -2 (Onion)
हरा मटर – 4 T spoon (Green peas)
धनिया पत्ता हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट – 1 1/2 T spoon (Coriander green chilli paste)
अदरक – 1/2 T spoon(कदुकसकिया हुआ)(Ginger – 1/2 tea spoon (grated))
लहसुन – 1 T spoon (कदुकसकिया हुआ)(Garlic – 1 tea spoon (grated))
टमाटर, गाजर, शिमला मिर्च – 1 कप (कटा हुआ) (Tomato, carrot, capsicum – 1 cup (pieces) )
जीरा पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Cumin powder)
धनिया पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Coriander powder)
काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Black pepper powder)
घी – 1 T spoon (Ghee)
चना दाल – 1/2 T spoon (Bengal gram)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
राय -1/4 spoon (Mustard seeds)
उरद दाल – 1/4 T spoon (White lentil)
हल्दी – 1/2 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
हींग – pinch (Asafoetida)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required)

How to Make Oats Vegetable Baath Recipe – विधि

★ प्याज़ को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब कुकर में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे राय, जीरा, उरद दाल, सूखी लाल मिर्च, चना दाल, हींग डाल कर भुने. उसके बाद कटा हुआ प्याज़ डाल कर पकाये. अब अदरक, लहसुन, धनिया पत्ता हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट डाल कर पकाये. अब उसमे कॉर्न सीड्स, टमाटर, गाजर, शिमला मिर्च, हरा मटर डाल कर थोड़ी देर पकाये. उसके बाद 1 1/2 कप पानी, नमक, जीरा पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, हल्दी, काली मिर्च पाउडर डाल कर मिलाये. पानी में उबाल आने के बाद ओअट्स डाल कर मिलाये. अब डक्कर 1 विजल आने तक पकाये. उसके बाद घी डाल कर मिलाये. गरमा गरम ओअट्स वेजिटेबल बाथ तैयार.

Oats Vegetable Baath Recipe In English

★ Finely chop onions.

★ Heat oil in cooker. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, white lentils, dry red chillies, bengal gram, asafoetida and fry them. Now add chopped onions and cook. Now add ginger, garlic, coriander leaves green chillies paste and cook. Add corn seeds, tomatoes, carrot, capsicum, green peas and cook for a while. After that add 1 ½ cup water, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and mix. When water comes to boil add oats and mix. Cover cooker and cook for 1 whistle. Later add ghee and mix. Tasty Oats Vegetable Baath is ready.
