Ingredients for Onion Besan Curry Recipe in Hindi

प्याज़ – 1/2 किलो (Onion)
हरी मिर्च – 4 (Green chilli)
हल्दी – 1/2 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
इमली का पेस्ट – 2 T spoon (Tamarind paste)
बेसन – 3 T spoon (Gram flour)
कड़ी पता – 10 -15 (Curry leaves)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
उरद दाल – 1 T spoon (White lentil)
राय – 1/2 T spoon (Mustard seeds)
चनादाल – 1 T spoon (Bengal gram)
सुखी लाल मिर्च – 2 (Red chilli)

How to Make Onion Besan Curry Recipe – विधि

★ प्याज़ को बारीक़ काट लीजिये, हरी मिर्च भी पतला काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये, गरम तेल में उरद डाल, लाल मिर्च, चनादाल और राय डाल कर भुने, अब कटा हुआ प्याज़, हरी मिर्च और कड़ी पता डाल कर पकाये, उसके बाद एक गिलास पानी डाल कर नमक, हल्दी और इमली का पेस्ट मिलाकर उबलने दीजिये, उसके बाद बेसन को आधा कप पानी मिलाकर प्याज़ मिश्रण में डाल कर 2 मिनट पकाये, गरमा गरम प्याज़ करी तैयार, प्याज़ करी पूरी या रोटी के साथ खाइये और परोसिये.

Onion Besan Curry Recipe In English

★ Finely chop onions. Cut green chillies into thin long pieces.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add white lentil, dry red chilli, mustard seeds, bengal gram and fry. Add onions, green chillies, curry leaves and cook. Add 1 glass of water, salt, turmeric powder, tamarind paste and let it boil. After that mix gram flour in ½ cup of water and add this mixture in onion mixture and cook for 2 mins. Onion Besan Curry is ready. Serve with puri or roti.
