Palak Paratha Recipe

Ingredients for Palak Paratha Recipe in Hindi

पालक का पेस्ट – 5 कप (Spinach paste– 5 cup )
गेहू का आटा – 5 कप (Wheat flour – 5 cup )
जीरा – 1 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
घी – 5 Table spoon (Ghee)
नारियल – 2 T spoon (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Coconut – 2 tea spoon (grated) )
गरम मसाला पाउडर – 2 T spoon (Garam masala powder)
अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट – 3 T spoon (Ginger garlic paste)

How to Make Palak Paratha Recipe – विधि

★ अब बाउल में पालक का पेस्ट, गेहू का आटा, जीरा, नमक, नारियल, गरम मसाला पाउडर, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट डाल कर मिलाये. अब थोड़ा थोड़ा पानी मिलाकर नरम आटा गूथ लीजिये.

★ अब तवा गरम कीजिये. आटे से थोड़ा सा छोटे निम्बू के बराबर आटा तोडिये और गोल लोई बना कर सूखे आटे में लपेट कर चकले पर रख 5- 6 इंच के व्यास में पराठा बेल लीजिये. अब इस पराठे को तवे पर रख कर दोनों और घी लगा कर ब्राउन होने तक सेक लीजिये. इसी तरह सारे पराठे सेक कर तैयार कर लीजिये. गरमा गरम पालक पराठा तैयार.

Palak Paratha Recipe In English

★ Take a bowl, add spinach paste, wheat flour, cumin seeds, salt, coconut, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and mix them. Add sufficient water and knead soft dough.

★ Heat tawa. Take small portion from dough and shape it into ball (lemon size). Put little dry flour and roll it to 5 to 6 inch diameter paratha using rolling pin. Put it on tawa. Apply ghee on both sides and fry till it turns brown. In the same manner fry all parathas. Tasty Palak parathas are ready.
