Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Ingredients for Paneer Bhurji Recipe in Hindi

पनीर – 300 g.m (Paneer)
प्याज़ – 3 (Onion)
टमाटर – 2 (Tomato)
शिमला मिर्च – 1 (Capsicum)
हरी मिर्च – 2 (Green chilli)
हल्दी – 1/4 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
अदरक – 1 T spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Ginger)
लहसुन – 5 (Garlic)
जीरा – 1 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
धनिया पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Coriander powder)
दूध – 3 Table spoon (Milk)
निम्बू का रस – 1 T spoon (Lemon juice)
गरम मसाला पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Garam masala powder)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
धनिया पत्ता – 2 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)

Paneer Bhurji Recipe in Hindi

How to Make Paneer Bhurji Recipe – विधि

★ प्याज़, टमाटर, शिमला मिर्च, हरी मिर्च को बारीक़ काट लीजिये. पनीर को कद्दूकस कर लीजिये. लहसुन को भी बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे जीरा, अदरक, लहसुन, हरी मिर्च डाल कर 1 मिनट भुने. उसके बाद बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज़, टमाटर, शिमला मिर्च डाल कर पकाये. अब हल्दी, नमक, धनिया पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, गरम मसाला पाउडर डाल कर मिलाये. उसके बाद दूध डाल कर 1 मिनट पकाये. अब कद्दूकस किया हुआ पनीर और निम्बू का रस मिलाकर 5 मिनट पकाये. अब बारीक़ कटा हुआ धनिया पत्ता मिलाकर गैस बंद कर लीजिये. गरमा गरम पनीर भुर्जी तैयार.

Paneer Bhurji Recipe In English

★ Finely chop onions, tomatoes, capsicum, garlic and green chillies. Grate paneer.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chillies and fry for 1 min. Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum and cook. Now add turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix. Now add milk and cook for 1 min. Add grated paneer, lemon juice and cook for 5 mins. Now add finely chopped coriander leaves then switch off the gas. Paneer Bhurji is ready.
