Paneer Fried Rice Recipe | Indian Style Fried Rice

Ingredients for Paneer Fried Rice Recipe in Hindi

बासमती चावल – 1 कप (Basmati Rice – 1 Cup)
पनीर – 200 g.m (Paneer)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
गाजर – 1 (छोटा) (Carrot)
शिमला मिर्च – आधा (Capsicum – half)
हरी मिर्च – 2 (Green chilli)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
धनिया पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Coriander powder)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
धनिया पत्ता – 3 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves – 3 table spoons (finely chopped))
हल्दी – 1/ 4 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required)
लहसुन – 3 (Garlic)

How to Make Paneer Fried Rice Recipe – विधि

★ चावल को धो कर 30 मिनट तक भिगो कर रखे. उसके बाद चावल को पका कर रख लीजिये.

★ प्याज़, गाजर, शिमला मिर्च, हरी मिर्च, लहसुन को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. उसमे पनीर पीसेस डाल कर हल्का गोल्डन ब्राउन होने तक सेक कर निकाल लीजिये. अब उसी कड़ाई में थोड़ा और तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे बारीक़ कटा हुआ लहसुन डाल कर भुने. अब बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज़ और हरी मिर्च डाल कर पकाये. उसके बाद कटा हुआ गाजर, शिमला मिर्च, नमक, धनिया पत्ता डाल कर पकाये. अब हल्दी, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर डाल कर मिलाये. उसके बाद पनीर डाल कर 2 मिनट पकाये. उसके बाद पका हुआ चावल डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये. गरमा गरम Paneer Fried Rice तैयार.

Paneer Fried Rice Recipe In English

★ Wash rice and keep it soaked for 30 mins. After that cook the rice and keep it aside.

★ Finely chop onion, carrot, capsicum, garlic cloves.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Fry paneer pieces in it until golden brown and keep them aside. In same pan add little more oil and heat it. Add chopped garlic cloves and fry them. Now add chopped onions, green chillies and stir. Add chopped carrot, capsicum, salt, coriander leaves and stir. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and stir. Add fried paneer and cook for 2 mins. Add cooked rice to it and mix well. Tasty paneer fried rice is ready.
