Paneer Fry Recipe | Quick Paneer Fry

Ingredients for Paneer Fry Recipe in Hindi

पनीर – 250 g.m (Paneer)
टमाटर का पेस्ट – 3 Table spoon (Tomato)
धनिया पत्ता – 2 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)
कसूरी मेथी – 1/2 T spoon (kasuri methi)
कड़ी पत्ता – 5 -10 (Curry leaves)
गरम मसाला – 1/4 T spoon (Garam masala powder)
धनिया पाउडर – 1/2 Table spoon (Coriander powder)
हल्दी – 1/2 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 Table spoon (Red chilli powder)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)

Paneer Fry Recipe in Hindi

How to Make Paneer Fry Recipe – विधि

★ कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे पनीर पीसेस डाल कर गोल्डन ब्राउन होने तक तल कर निकाल लीजिये. प्याज़ को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब उसी कड़ाई में 2 य 3 चम्मच तेल छोड़ कर बाकि तेल निकाल लीजिये. अब उसमे जीरा, बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज़ डाल कर भुने. उसके बाद लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, कसूरी मेथी, हल्दी, करी पत्ता डाल कर भुने. अब टमाटर का पेस्ट डाल कर पकाये. अब थोड़ा पानी और नमक डाल कर पकये. उसके बाद पनीर और गरम मसाला पाउडर कर अछि तरह मिलाकर पानी सोकने तक पकाये. अब बारीक़ कटा हुआ धनिया पत्ता मिलाकर गैस बंद कर लीजिये. गरमा गरम पनीर फ्राई तैयार.

Paneer Fry Recipe In English

★ Heat oil in a pan. Put paneer pieces in it and fry till they turn golden brown and keep them aside. Finely chop onions.

★ In same pan, remove all oil except 2 or 3 spoons. Now add cumin seeds, finely chopped onions and fry. After that add red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder, curry leaves and fry. Now add tomato puree and cook. Add some water, salt and cook. Then add fried paneer, garam masala powder, mix well and cook till water is completely absorbed. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and switch off the gas. Tasty Paneer Fry is ready.
