Ingredients for Paneer Jalebi Recipe in Hindi

पनीर – 1 कप (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Paneer)
चीनी – 3 कप (Sugar)
मैदा – 4 Table spoon (Maida)
दही -1 Table spoon (Curd)
बेकिंग पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Baking powder)
इलायची पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
सूजी – 2 Table spoon (Suji)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Paneer Jalebi Recipe – विधि

★ अब एक बर्तन में चीनी और पानी डाल कर उबालने रखे, और एक तार की चाशनी बना कर उसमे इलायची पाउडर मिलाकर रख लीजिये.

★ अब पनीर को हाथ से अछि तरह मेश कर लीजिये. अब पनीर में मैदा, सूजी, बेकिंग पाउडर, दही डाल कर नरम आटे की तरह गूथ कर 2 घंटे तक साइड रख दीजिये.

★ अब पनीर मिश्रण छोटे छोटे लोई बनाये, एक लोई को हाथो से पतला लम्बा रसी की तरह बना कर गोल जलेबी की तरह घोल गुमाये. इसी तरह जितने जलेबी बनते है, बना लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे 2 या 3 जलेबी डाल कर धीमी आंच पर ब्राउन होने तक तल कर चाशनी में डाले. अब जलेबी थोड़ा फूलने के बाद चाशनी से जलेबी को निकाल लीजिये. पनीर जलेबी तैयार.

Paneer Jalebi Recipe In English

★ Take a vessel and add sugar, water and boil when it comes to one thread consistency add cardamom powder mix and keep aside.

★ Mash paneer with hands. In paneer add maida, semolina, baking powder, curd and knead into soft dough and keep aside for 2 hrs.

★ Make small balls of paneer mixture. Take a ball and roll it into thin rope with hands, shape it into jalebi. Prepare as many jalebis as possible and keep aside.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Slide 2 or 3 jalebis and fry on low flame till they turn golden brown and drop them in sugar syrup, when jalebis slightly puff remove them from solution. Paneer Jalebi is ready.
