Ingredients for Paneer Makhani Recipe in Hindi

पनीर – 200 g.m (Paneer)
टोमेटो सॉस – 1 कप (Tomato sauce)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
मक्खन – 3 T spoon (Butter)
जीरा पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Cumin powder)
कसूरी मेथी – 1/2 T spoon (Kasuri methi)
चीनी – 1 T spoon (Sugar)
क्रीम – 1/3 कप (Cream)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
गरम मसाला पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Garam masala powder)

How to Make Paneer Makhani Recipe – विधि

★ कड़ाई में मक्खन डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे टोमेटो सॉस, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, नमक, चीनी, जीरा पाउडर, कसूरी मेथी डाल कर ढककर धीमी आंच पर 5 – 8 मिनट पकाये. उसके बाद पनीर पीसेस और क्रीम डाल कर मिलाये. अब 1 कप पानी डाल कर 5 मिनट तक पकाये. अब गरम मसाला पाउडर डाल कर मिलाये. अब 1 चम्मच मक्खन मिलाकर गैस बंद कर लीजिये.

Paneer Makhani Recipe In English

★ Heat butter in a pan. Add tomato sauce, red chilli powder, salt, sugar, cumin powder, dry fenugreek leaves, cover with lid and cook on low flame for 5 to 8 mins. Add paneer pieces, cream and mix. Add 1 cup of water and cook and cook for 5 mins. Now add garam masala powder and mix. Add 1 spoon of butter and mix then switch off the gas. Paneer Makhani is ready.
