Ingredients for Paneer Pakoda Recipe in Hindi

पनीर – 250 g.m (Paneer)
बेसन – 1 cup (Gram flour)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
पानी – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Water)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
धनिया पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Coriander powder)

How to Make Paneer Pakoda Recipe – विधि

★ अब बर्तन में बेसन , नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर और पानी डाल कर गाड़ा घोल बना ले.

★ अब पनीर को आप अपने हिसाब से जो आकर में काटना चाहते है उस हिसाब से काट कर रख लीजिये.

★ अब एक कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम करे, अब पनीर पीसेस को बेसन घोल में डिबो कर गरम तेल में डाले, पनीर को दोनों और तल कर गहरा ब्राउन होने बाद कड़ाई से निकाल कर प्लेट में रख लीजिये, इसी तरह सब तल कर निकाल लीजिये, गरमा गरम पनीर पकोड़ा तैयार.

Paneer Pakoda Recipe In English

★ Take a vessel and add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, water and make thick mixture.

★ Cut paneer in desired shape.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Dip paneer pieces in mixture and slide them in oil. Fry them till they turn golden brown on both sides and keep them in a plate. Paneer Pakodas are ready.
