Paneer Poha Recipe

Ingredients for Paneer Poha Recipe in Hindi

पोहा – 2 कप (Flattened rice – 2 cup )
पनीर – 1/2 कप (पीसेस) (Paneer – 1/2 cup (pieces) )
राय – 1 T spoon (Mustard seeds)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
अदरक – 1 T spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Ginger (finely chopped) )
हरी मिर्च – 2 (Green chilli)
काजू – 10 – 12 (Cashew)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
जीरा – 1 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
हल्दी – 1/2 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
निम्बू का रस – 1/2 T spoon (Lemion juice)
कड़ी पत्ता – 10- 15 (Curry leaves)
टमाटर – 1 (Tomato)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Paneer Poha Recipe – विधि

★ प्याज़, टमाटर, हरी मिर्च को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे डाले जीरा, राय, बारीक़ कटा हुआ अदरक डाल कर भुने. अब बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज़, हरी मिर्च, कड़ी पत्ता डाल कर भुने. उसके बाद बारीक़ कटा हुआ टमाटर डाल कर 1 मिनट पकाये. अब काजू और पनीर पीसेस डाल कर 2 मिनट पकाये. पनीर गोल्डन ब्राउन होने के बाद पोहा(पोहा को धो कर तुरंत डाले) नमक, हल्दी डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाये. अब निम्बू का रस मिलाकर गैस बंद कर दीजिये. पोहा पनीर तैयार.

Paneer Poha Recipe In English

★ Finely chop onion, tomato and green chilli.

★ Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, finely chopped ginger and fry them. Add finely chopped onions, green chilli, curry leaves and fry. Add finely chopped tomato and cook for 1 min. Add cashew, paneer pieces and cook for 2 mins. After paneer turn golden brown add flattened rice (wash flattened rice and immediately add them), salt, turmeric powder and mix well. Add lemon juice and switch off gas. Tasty Paneer Poha is ready.
