Ingredients for Pantua Recipe in Hindi

खोया – 2 कप (Khoya – 2 cup )
चीनी – 3 कप (Sugar – 3 cup )
मैदा – 5 Table spoon (Maida – 5 table spoon )
इलायची पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Cardamom powder – 1/4 tea spoon )
घी – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Ghee – as required )

How to Make Pantua Recipe – विधि

★ अब बर्तन में 11/2 कप पानी और चीनी डालकर गरम कीजिये. उसके बाद चीनी गल कर 1 तार की चाशनी बनने के बाद गैस बंद कर लीजिये.

★ अब एक बर्तन में खोया, मैदा, इलायची पाउडर डालकर(अवसक्ता हो तो थोड़ा पानी डाल सकते) अछि तरह मिला लीजिये. अब इस छोटे छोटे गोल जामुन बना लीजिये. (जामुन को 10 मिनट तक फ्रीज़ में रख कर निकाल कर भून ने जामुन फटेंगे नहीं)

★ अब कड़ाई में घी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे जामुन डालकर गोल्डन ब्राउन होने तक तल कर निकाल लीजिये.

★ अब इस जामुन को चाशनी में डाल कर 15 मिनट तक रखे. पंतुअ तैयार.

Pantua Recipe In English

★ Take a vessel and add 1 ½ cup of water, sugar and heat it. After sugar melts and forms one thread consistency switch off the gas.

★ Take a vessel and add khoya, maida, cardamom powder and mix well (if required add some water). Make small round jamuns with khoya mixture. (By keeping jamuns in refrigerator for 10 mins jamuns will not break while frying).

★ Heat oil in a pan. Slide jamuns in it and fry till they turn golden brown.

★ Drop fried jamuns in sugar solution for 15 mins. Pantua is ready.
