Ingredients for Pav Bhaji Pulao Recipe in Hindi

बासमती चावल – 1/2 किलो (Basmati rice – 1/2 kg)
प्याज़ -2 (Onion)
टमाटर -2 (Tamato)
फुलगोबी – 1 कप (पीसेस) (Cauliflower – 1 cup (pieces))
गाजर -2 (Carrot -2)
बीन्स -1/2 कप (कटा हुआ ) (Beans -1/2 cup (pieces))
पावभाजी मसाला – 2 Table spoon (Pavbhaji masala)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर- 2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste )
धनिया पता – 1 banch (Coriander leaves)
निम्बू – 1(Lemon)
पाव या बर्गर बन – 1 (Pav ya bargar bun)
मक्खन – 100 gm (Butter)
अदरक, लहसुन का पेस्ट – Table spoon (Ginger, garlic paste)

How to Make Pav Bhaji Pulao Recipe – विधि

★ बीन्स ,गाजर और फुलगोबी को काट लीजिये. इन सब्जियों को उबाल कर रक लीजिये.

★ चावल को आधा पका कर रक लीजिये.प्याज़ और टमाटर काट लीजिये,

★ अब एक कड़ाई में आधा मक्खन डाल कर गरम कीजिये, कटा हुआ प्याज़ आधा और अदरक , लहसुन का पेस्ट,कटा हुआ टमाटर डाल कर भुने, अब आधा पका हुआ सब्जी डाले, पावभाजी मसाला, लाल मिर्च पाउडर,नमक डाल मिला लीजिये.

★ अब एक बर्तन में (जिसमे आप ब्रियनि बनाते है) पका हुआ चावल डाले, अब उसके ऊपर पकाया हुआ सब्जी डाले, अब सब्जी के ऊपर बचा हुआ चावल डाले, पावभाजी ब्रेड को छोटे छोटे पीसेस काट कर डाले, अब बचा हुआ मक्खन डाल कर 10मिनट दम कीजिये, अब ऊपर से बचा हुआ प्याज़, निम्बू का रस,बारीक़ कटा हुआ धनिया पता सजाये. गरमा गरम पावभाजी पुलओ (Pavbhaji pulao) तैयार.

Pav Bhaji Pulao Recipe In English

★ Cut beans, carrot and cauliflower. Boil these vegetables and keep aside.

★ Half boil rice and keep aside. Cut onions and tomatoes.

★ Heat half of butter in a pan. Add half of chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and fry them. Add boiled vegetables, pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder, salt and mix.

★ Take a vessel (in which you prepare biryani). Put a layer of boiled rice, put a layer of boiled vegetables on it, put a layer of remaining rice on vegetables, put small pieces of pav bhaji bread on it, add remaining butter and steam it for 10 mins. Garnish with remaining onions, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Pav Bhaji Pulao is ready.
