Ingredients for Phool Khaja Recipe in Hindi

मैदा – 1 1/2 कप (Maida)
घी – 2 Table spoon (Ghee)
गुड – 1 कप (Jaggery)
इलायची पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Phool Khaja Recipe – विधि

★ गुड में 1 कप पानी डाल कर गैस पर रखे. गुड गल जाने के बाद गैस बंद कर दीजिये और ठंडा होने दीजिये.

★ अब मैदा में घी, इलायची पाउडर डाल कर मिलाये. उसके बाद गुड का पानी डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाकर नरम आटे की तरह गूथ लीजिये.

★ अब मैदा मिश्रण छोटे छोटे गोल बनाकर चपाती की तरह बेल लीजिये.

★ अब चार चपाती लेकर एक ऊपर एक चपाती रखे. अब इन चपाती को मोड़ (चटाई को जिस तरह मोड़ ते) लीजिये. अब मोड़ा हुआ चपाती को 2 या 3 इंच के व्यास में लम्बा काट कर सुकने दीजिये.

Phool Khaja Recipe In English

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब गरम तेल में एक एक खाजा डाल कर तल लीजिये. क्रिस्पी फूल खाजा तैयार.

★ Add 1 cup of water in jaggery and keep it on stove. After jaggery melts switch off the gas and let it cool.

★ In maida add ghee, cardamom powder and mix. Then add jaggery water, mix well and knead soft dough.

★ Make small balls of dough and roll them into chapathis.

★ Take 4 chapathis and put one over the other. Fold these chapathis (like we fold mat). Cut folded chapathi into 2 or 3 inch pieces and let them dry.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Drop one by one khaja in oil and fry them. Phool Khaja is ready.
