Phool Makhana ki Kadi Recipe

Ingredients for Phool Makhana ki Kadi Recipe in Hindi

दही – 1/2 liter (Curd)
फूल मखाना – 250 g.m (Louts seeds or foxnut)
बेसन – 100 g.m (Gram flour)
धनिया – 2 Table spoon (Coriander seeds)
अदरक – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)
हींग – 1 pinch (Asafotida)
हल्दी – 1/2 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
हरी मिर्च – 3 (Green chilli)
धनिया पत्ता – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Phool Makhana ki Kadi Recipe – विधि

★ एक कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे मखाने डाल कर भुने कर निकाल लीजिये.

★ अब उसी कड़ाई में थोड़ा तेल छोड़ कर बाकि तेल निकाल लीजिये.अब उसमे धनिया, हरी मिर्च काट कर डाले, अदरक, हींग डाल कर भुने. अब एक बाउल में बेसन डाल कर पानी डाल कर मिलाये. अब उसमे दही डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये. अब इस मिश्रण को धनिया मिश्रण में मिलाकर ग्रेवी गाड़ा होने तक पकाये. अब नमक, मखाने, धनिया पत्ता डाल कर 2 मिनट पका कर गैस बंद कर दीजिये. गरमा गरम फूल मखनी की कड़ी तैयार.

Phool Makhana ki Kadi Recipe In English

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add fox nuts in it fry them and keep aside.

★ In the same pan remove all oil except some oil. Add coriander seeds, green chilli, ginger, asafetida and fry. Take a bowl and add gram flour, water and mix. In this add curd and mix well. Add this mixture in coriander mixture and cook till gravy becomes thick. Now add salt, fox nuts, coriander leaves and cook for 2 mins then switch off the gas. Phool Makhana ki Kadi is ready.
