Ingredients for Potato Gulab Jamun Recipe in Hindi

आलू – 2 -3 (उबला हुआ) (Potato)
चीनी – 1 cup (Sugar)
दूध पाउडर – 2 Table spoon (Milk powder)
कॉर्न फ्लौर – 2 T spoon (Cornflour)
इलायची पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
बेकिंग सोडा – 1 पिंच (Baking soda)

How to Make Potato Gulab Jamun Recipe – विधि

★ उबला हुआ आलू का छिलका हटा कर मेश कर लीजिये.

★ अब मेश किया हुआ आलू में कॉर्न फ्लौर, दूध पाउडर, बेकिंग सोडा डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये.

★ अब एक बर्तन में चीनी और पानी डाल कर उबाल ने रखे. एक तार चाशनी बनने के बाद इलायची पाउडर मिलाकर गैस बंद कर लीजिये.

★ अब आलू मिश्रण से छोटे छोटे गोल जामुन बना कर एक प्लेट में रख लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब एक एक जामुन डाल कर गोल्डन ब्राउन होने तक तल कर चाशनी में डाल दीजिये. गरमा गरम आलू गुलाब जामुन तैयार.

Potato Gulab Jamun Recipe In English

★ Remove boiled potatoes skin and mash them.

★ In mashed potatoes add corn flour, milk powder, baking soda and mix well.

★ Take a vessel and boil water and sugar. After sugar melts and forms one thread consistency add cardamom powder and mix then switch off the gas.

★ Make small jamuns from potato mixture and keep them in a plate.

★ Heat oil in pan. Slide one by one jamun and fry till they turn golden brown and drop them in sugar syrup. Potato Gulab Jamun are ready.
