Pudina Poha Upma Recipe

Ingredients for Pudina Poha Upma Recipe in Hindi

पोहा – 2 कप (Flattened rice 2 cup)
पुदीना का पेस्ट – 1 कप (Mint leaves paste 1 cup)
मूंगफली – 2 T spoon (Peanut)
काजू – 1 Table spoon (Cashew)
अदरक – 1/2 इंच का टुकड़ा (Ginger)
राय – 1/2 T spoon (Mustard seeds)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
चनादाल – 1/2 T spoon (Bengal gram)
उरद दाल – 1/2 T spoon (White lentil)
कड़ी पत्ता – 8 – 10 (Curry leaves)
घी – 2 T spoon (Ghee)
निम्बू का रस – 1 T spoon (Lemon juice)
हरी मिर्च – 2 (Green chilli)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
धनिया पत्ता – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)

How to Make Pudina Poha Upma Recipe – विधि

★ हरी मिर्च और अदरक को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ कड़ाई में घी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे राय, जीरा, कड़ी पत्ता, उरद दाल, चना दाल डाल कर भुने. उसके बाद काजू और मूंगफली डाल कर भुने. अब हरी मिर्च और अदरक डाल कर पकाये. अब पुदीने के पेस्ट डाल कर पकाये. अब पोहा को पानी से साफ कर लीजिये. उसके बाद पोहा और नमक मिलाकर २ मिनट पकाये. अब निम्बू का रस और धनिया पत्ता मिलाकर गैस बंद कर लीजिये. गरमा गरम पुदीना पोहा उपमा तैयार.

Pudina Poha Upma Recipe In English

★ Finely chop green chillies and ginger.

★ Heat ghee in a pan. Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, white lentil, bengal gram and fry. After that add cashew, peanuts and fry. Now add green chillies, ginger and cook. Add mint leaves paste and cook. Wash flattened rice with water. Then add flattened rice, salt and cook for 2 mins. Now add lemon juice, coriander leaves and switch off the gas. Pudina Poha Upma is ready.
