Ingredients for Punjabi Aam Ka Achar Recipe in Hindi

कच्चा आम – 3 कप (कटा हुआ) (Raw mango)
राय का तेल – 1/4 कप (Mustard oil)
हल्दी – 1 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 2 Table spoon (Red chilli powder)
मेथी पाउडर – Table spoon (Fenugreek powder)
काला जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Black cumin seeds)
सौंफ पाउडर – 1/4 कप (Fennel powder)
हींग – 1/4 T spoon (Asafoetida)
नमक – 4 Table spoon (Salt)

How to Make Punjabi Aam Ka Achar Recipe – विधि

★ अब आम पीसेस में नमक और हल्दी डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाये. अब आम पीसेस एक प्लेट में डाल कर कपडे से ढककर 4 – 6 घंटे तक धूप में रखे.

★ अब आम पीसेस को एक बाउल में डाले, अब उसमे काला जीरा, सौंफ पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, मेथी पाउडर, हींग, राय का तेल डालकर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये.

★ अब इस आम मिश्रण को किसी जार में डाल कर ढककर 4 – 5 दिन तक धूप में रखे. पंजाबी आम का आचार तैयार.

Punjabi Aam Ka Achar Recipe In English

★ In mango pieces add salt, turmeric powder and mix well. Put mango pieces in a plate, cover with a cloth and dry them in sun for 4 to 6 hrs.

★ Put mango pieces in a bowl then add black cumin seeds, fennel seeds powder, red chilli powder, fenugreek powder, asafoetida, mustard oil and mix well.

★ Put this mango mixture in a jar, cover it with lid and keep it in sun for 4 to 5 days. Punjabi Aam Ka Achar is ready.
