Rajma Sundal Recipe

Ingredients for Rajma Sundal Recipe in Hindi

राजमा – 1 कप (Kidney beans)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
राय – 1 T spoon (Mustard seeds)
नारियल – 3 Table spoon (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Coconut)
सूखी लाल मिर्च – 2 (Dry red chilli)
उरद दाल – 1 T spoon (White lentil)
कड़ी पत्ता – 15 – 20 (Curry leaves)

How to Make Rajma Sundal Recipe – विधि

★ राजमा को रात भर के लिये भिगो रखे.

★ अब कुकर में राजमा, टी स्पून नमक, 4 -5 कप पानी डाल कर उबाल लीजिये. उसके बाद राजमा से पानी हटा कर रख लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे राय, उरद दाल डाल कर भुने. उसके बाद कड़ी पत्ता, सूखी लाल मिर्च डाल कर भुने. अब उबला हुआ राजमा डाल कर 5 मिनट पकाये.

★ अब कद्दूकस किया हुआ नारियल डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाकर गैस बंद कर लीजिये. गरमा गरम Rajma Sundal तैयार.

★ आप इसी तरह काले चने से भी बना सकते.

Rajma Sundal Recipe In English

★ Soak kidney beans overnight.

★ Put kidney beans, 1 tea spoon salt, 4 to 5 cups of water in cooker and keep it on stove for boiling. After that remove water from kidney beans and keep it aside.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, white lentil and fry. Then add curry leaves, dry red chilli and fry. Add boiled kidney beans and cook for 5 mins.

★ Add grated coconut and mix well then switch off the gas. Rajma Sundal is ready.

★ You can fry black chickpeas also in same manner.
