Ingredients for Rava Kesari Recipe in Hindi

सूजी – 1 कप (Semolina – 1 cup )
काजू – 5 -6 (Cashew)
घी – 1/4 कप (Ghee – 1/4 cup )
इलायची पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
चीनी – 1 1/2 कप (Sugar – 1 1/2 cup )
नारंगी फ़ूड कलर – 1 – 2 पिंच (Orange food color – 1 or 2 pinches)

How to Make Rava Kesari Recipe – विधि

★ कड़ाई में सूजी डाल कर भून कर निकाल लीजिये.

★ अब उसी कड़ाई में 1 चम्मच घी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे काजू डाल कर भून कर निकाल लीजिये. अब बचा घी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे घी डाल कर भुने.

★ अब एक बर्तन में 2 कप पानी और नारंगी फ़ूड कलर डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब इस पानी को सूजी में धिरे धिरे डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाते हुये पकाये. अब आंच को धीमी करके चीनी डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाये. अब मिश्रण कड़ाई से न चिपक कर अलग होने लगे तब इलायची पाउडर और काजू डाल कर मिला कर गैस बन्द कर लीजिये. गरमा गरम रवा केसरी तैयार.

★ आप रवा केसर एक प्लेट में घी लगाकर केसर मिश्रण को प्लेट में डाल कर एक सामान फैला कर पीसेस में काट कर खा सकते.

Rava Kesari Recipe In English

★ Take a pan, fry semolina and keep aside.

★ In same pan add 1 spoon of ghee and heat it. Fry cashew in it and keep aside. Heat remaining ghee. Add semolina in this and fry.

★ Take a vessel, add 2 cups water, orange food color and heat it. Add this water in semolina slowly, mix well and cook. Reduce the flame, add sugar and mix well. When mixture begins to leave the edges of the pan add cardamom powder, cashew and mix then switch off the gas. Tasty Rava Kesari is ready.

★ If you want you can grease a plate with ghee, put rava kesari on it, spread it evenly and cut it in to pieces and serve.
