Ribbon Pakoda Recipe

Ingredients for Ribbon Pakoda Recipe in Hindi

चावल का आटा – 1 कप (Rice flour – 1 cup )
बेसन – 2 Table spoon (Gram flour)
चना दाल पाउडर – 2 Table spoon (भुना हुआ) (Roasted bengal gram powder – 2 table spoon )
अजवाइन – 1/2 T spoon (Ajwain)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required )
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste )

How to Make Ribbon Pakoda Recipe – विधि

★ एक बाउल में चावल का आटा, नमक, बेसन, चना दाल पाउडर, अजवाइन, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, 2 T spoon तेल डालकर अछि तरह मिलाये. अब थोड़ा थोड़ा पानी मिलाकर चकली के आटे की तरह गूथ लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डालकर गरम कीजिये. अब चकली मसीन में रिबन पकोड़ा बनाने वाला साचे को सेट करके उसमे आटे को भर कर गरम तेल में मसीन को हाथ से दबाते हुए लम्बा लम्बा गुमते हुए रिबन पकोड़ी (एक से एक न चिपके)बनाये., और धीमी आंच पर दोनों तरफ तल कर निकाल लीजिये. गरमा गरम रिबन पकोड़ा तैयार.

★ अब चकली मसीन में पहले थोड़ा तेल लगाकर उसके बाद आटे रखने से आपको आसानी से चकली बनेगा. आप इसमे हींग (1/4 टी स्पून) भी डाल सकते.

★ Take a bowl and add rice flour, salt, gram flour, roasted bengal gram powder, ajwain, red chilli powder, 2 tea spoons oil and mix well. Add some water and prepare chakli like batter.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Now in chakli machine put ribbon pakoda making filter, fill batter in machine and press the machine in oil, make long ribbon pakodas (one should not stick to other). And fry them on both sides till they turn golden brown on low flame. Ribbon Pakoda is ready.

★ First grease chakli machine with oil then fill the batter this will make pakodas easy. You can add Asafoetida (1/4 tea spoon) in this.
