Ingredients for Roasted Makhana Recipe in Hindi

फूल मखाने – 3 कप (Lotus seeds or foxnut)
हल्दी – 1/4 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
चाट मसाला – 1 T spoon (Chat masala)
तेल या घी – 3 T spoon (Oil ya ghee

How to Make Roasted Makhana Recipe – विधि

★ सूखा मखाना को रात बर के लिये भिगो कर रखे.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब मखाना डाल कर 15 मिनट तक धीमी आंच पर हल्का ब्राउन होने तक भुने. अब नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी डाल कर मिलाये. अब गैस बंद कर दीजिये. अब चाट मसाला मिलाकर खाइये.

★ Soak lotus seeds overnight.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add lotus seeds and cook on low flame for 15 mins till they turn golden brown. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix. Switch off the gas and sprinkle chat masala on lotus seeds. Roasted Makhana is ready.
