Ingredients for Sabudana Raita Recipe in Hindi

साबूदाना – 2 कप (Sabudana)
मूंगफली – 1/2 कप (Peanuts)
दही – 1 कप (Curd)
हरी मिर्च – 4 (Green chilli)
धनिया पत्ता – 3 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander)
जीरा – 2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
हींग – 1 pinch (Asafoetida)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
घी – 2 T spoon (Ghee)

How to Make Sabudana Raita Recipe – विधि

★ साबूदाना को भिगो कर उबाल लीजिये. साबूदाना से पानी हटा कर एक बाउल में डाले. मूंगफली को भून लीजिये.

★ अब साबूदाना में मूंगफली, दही, धनिया पत्ता, नमक डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में घी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे जीरा, हींग, हरी मिर्च डाल कर भुने. अब इसे रैथा में डाल कर मिला लीजिये अब ढककर आधा घंटे के बाद खाइये और परोसिये.

Sabudana Raita Recipe In English

★ Soak sabudana and boil them. Remove water from sabudana and keep aside. Roast peanuts.

★ Add peanuts, curd, coriander leaves, salt in sabudana and mix well.

★ Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chilli and fry. Mix this tempering in raita. Cover it for 30 mins then serve it. Sabudana Raita is ready.
