Sesame Rice Crackers Recipe

Ingredients for Sesame Rice Crackers Recipe in Hindi

मैदा – 1 कप (Maida)
चावल का अट्टा – 2 कप (Rice flour)
तिल – 1 कप (Saseme seeds)
तेल – 250 g.m (Oil)
मक्खन – 1 कप (Butter)
जीरा – 2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)

How to Make Sesame Rice Crackers Recipe – विधि

★ अब एक बाउल में मैदा, चावल का अट्टा, नमक, जीरा, मक्खन डाल कर मिलाये. अब उसमे तिल डाल कर मिलाये. अब तेल गरम करके टंडा होने के मैदा मिश्रण में डाल कर मिलाये. उसके बाद हल्का गरम पानी थोडा थोडा डाल कर अट्टा गुथ लीजिये. अब अट्टे को अच्छी तरह मसल कर 30 मिनट के लिये साइड में रख दीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब अट्टे से निम्बू के बराबर का लोई लेकर हाथ से हल्का दबा कर छोटे पूरी के साइज़ में बना कर गरम तेल में डाल कर गोल्डन ब्राउन होने तक तल कर निकाल लीजिये. आप इने 1 महीने तक रख कर खा सकते.

Sesame Rice Crackers Recipe In English

★ Take a bowl and add maida, rice flour, salt, cumin seeds, butter and mix. Now add sesame seeds and mix. Heat oil and add it in maida mixture and mix. Add sufficient warm water and knead soft dough. Knead dough nicely and keep it aside for 30 mins.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Take small lemon size portion from mixture, press it slightly with palms and make small puri, slide it in to oil and fry till they turn golden brown on both sides. Sesame Rice Crackers are ready. You can eat them for 1 month.
