Ingredients for Shankarpali Spicy Recipe in Hindi

गेहू का आटा – 1/2 कप (Wheat flour)
लहसुन का पेस्ट – 1/2 T spoon (Garlic paste)
मैदा – 1/2 कप (Maida)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
जीरा पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin powder)
चाट मसाला – 1/2 T spoon (Chat masala)
घी – 2 Table spoon (Ghee)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)

How to Make Shankarpali Spicy Recipe – विधि

★ अब एक बाउल में गेहू का आटा, मैदा, लहसुन का पेस्ट, नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, जीरा पाउडर, चाट मसाला,घी डाल कर मिलाये. अब अवसक्ता अनुसार पानी मिलाकर आटा गूथ लीजिये. अब आटे को गीले कपडे से ढककर 15 मिनट तक साइड में रख लीजिये.

★ अब आटे से 2 बड़े लोई बना लीजिये. अब एक लोई लेकर मोटा चपाती कि तरह बेल लीजिये. अब चाकू कि सहायता से डायमंड शेप में पीसेस काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे कटे हुए शकरपारे डाल कर ब्राउन होने तक तल कर निकाल लीजिये. शकरपारे तैयार.

Shankarpali Spicy Recipe In English

★ Take a bowl and add wheat flour, maida, garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chat masala, ghee and mix. Add sufficient water and knead sough. Cover dough with wet cloth and keep it aside for 15 mins.

★ Make 2 big balls from dough. Take one ball and roll a thick chapathi. Using knife cut it into diamond shaped pieces.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Put shankarpali pieces in it and fry till they turn golden brown. Shankarpali Spicy is ready.
