Singhare Ki Puri Recipe

Ingredients for Singhare Ki Puri Recipe in Hindi

सिंघाड़े का आटा – 2 कप (Chestnut flour – 2 cup )
आलू – 2 (उबला हुआ) (Potato – 2 (boiled) )
हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट – 1/2 T spoon (Green chilli paste)
जीरा पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Cumin powder)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required )
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste (Rock salt))

How to Make Singhare Ki Puri Recipe – विधि

★ उबला हुआ आलू का छिलका निकाल कर मेश कर लीजिये.

★ अब एक बाउल में आटा, मेश किया हुआ आलू, हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट, जीरा पाउडर, नमक डालकर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये. उसके बाद थोड़ा थोड़ा पानी मिलाकर आटा गूथ लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब आटे से छोटे छोटे लोई बना लीजिये. अब एक लोई लेकर हाथ से हल्का हल्का बड़ा कर छोटा पूरी बना कर गरम तेल में डाल दीजिये और ब्राउन होने तक तल कर निकाल लीजिये. गरमा गरम सिंघाड़े की पूरी तैयार.

Instructions for Singhare Ki Puri Recipe In English

★ Peel potatoes and mash them.

★ Take a bowl add chestnut flour, mashed potatoes, green chilli paste, cumin powder, salt and mix well. Add sufficient water and knead dough.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Make small balls with dough. Take a dough ball, press with hands and make it into small puri, slide it into oil and fry till they turn golden brown. Singhare Ki Puri is ready.
