Ingredients for Soya Veg Biryani Recipe in Hindi

सोया ग्रानुलेस – 1/2 कप (Soya granules 1/2 cup)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
दालचीनी – 1 इंच का टुकड़ा (Cinnamon)
इलायची – 2 (Cardamon)
हींग -1 पिंच (Asafoetida)
प्याज़ – 1/2 कप (कटा हुआ) (Onion 1 cup)
हर मटर – 1/2 cup (Green peas)
बासमती चावल – 1 1/2 कप (Basmati rice 1 1/2 cup)
गाजर – 1/2 cup (कटा हुआ) (Carrot)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
हल्दी – 1/4 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
धनिया पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Coriander powder)
जीरा पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Cumin powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
धनिया पता – 1/2 cup (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)

Soya Vegetable Biryani Recipe

How to Make Soya Veg Biryani Recipe – विधि

★ बासमती चावल को धो कर 5 मिनट भिगोने रखे.

★ सोया को गरम पानी में डाल कर 15 मिनट तक भिगोने रखे.

★ अब प्रेशर कुकर में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये, अब उसमे डाले जीरा, दालचीनी और इलायची डाल कर भुने, उसके बाद हींग, कटा हुआ प्याज़ डाल कर 2 मिनट भुने, अब कटा हुआ गाजर, हरा मटर, भिगो कर रखा हुआ चावल और सोया (सोया से पानी निचोड़ कर डाले) डाल कर 2 – 3 मिनट तक पकाये, अब लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी, धनिया पाउडर, जीरा पाउडर और नमक डाल कर मिलाये, अब 3 कप गरम पानी डाल कर ढककर 2 विजल आने तक पकाये, कुकर से प्रेसर ख़तम होने बाद दक्कन खोल कर धनिया पता डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये, गरमा गरम सोया वेज ब्रियनि तैयार.

Soya Vegetable Biryani Recipe In English

★ Wash rice and soak them for 5 mins.

★ Soak soya in hot water for 15 mins.

★ Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamon and fry. Add asafoetida, onions and cook for 2 mins. Add carrot, green peas, soaked rice, soya (squeeze water from soya and add) and cook for 2 to 3 mins. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and mix. Add 3 cups hot water, cover and cook for 2 whistles. After pressure is over in cooker open lid and add coriander leaves and mix well. Tasty Soya Veg Biryani is ready.
