Stuffed Baingan Recipe

Ingredients for Stuffed Baingan Recipe in Hindi

छोटे बैगन – 150 g.m (Brinjal)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
नारियल – 50 g.m (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Coconut)
धनिया पत्ता – 10 g.m (Coriander leaves)
पोदीना – 10 g.m (Mint leaves)
हरी मिर्च – 2 (Green chilli)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
लहसुन – 4 (Garlic)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
कड़ी पत्ता – 5 – 8 (Curry leaves)
चीनी – 1/2 T spoon (Sugar)

Stuffed Baingan Recipe in Hindi

How to Make Stuffed Baingan Recipe – विधि

★ बैगन को पानी से धो लीजिये.उसके बाद बैंगन को नीचे की तरफ से इस तरह 2 कट लगाइये कि बैंगन डंठल की और से जुड़े रहे.

★ अब पोदीना, धनिया पत्ता, नारियल, हरी मिर्च, जीरा, लहसुन, कड़ी पत्ता, नमक, चीनी इन सबको मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस लीजिये. अब मसाला चम्मच की सहायता से कटे हुये बैगन में भर लीजिये. कुछ देर तक एक साइड रख दीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब कड़ाई में एक एक बैगन एक लेयर की तरह सजा कर ढककर धीमी आंच पर 15 – 20 मिनट तक पकाये. गरमा गरम स्टफ्ड बैगन तैयार.

Stuffed Baingan Recipe In English

★ Wash brinjals with water. Make 2 slits from bottom to top such that it remained joined at the twig.

★ Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, coconut, green chilli, cumin seeds, garlic, curry leaves, salt, sugar into fine paste in grinder. Stuff this mixture in brinjal with a spoon. Keep them aside for some time.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Put stuffed brinjals one by one like a layer in the pan, cover with lid and cook on low flame for 15 to 20 mins. Stuffed Baingan is ready.
