Tandoori Chicken Recipe

Ingredients for tandoori chicken Recipe in Hindi – आवश्यक सामग्री

चिकन – 6 leg pieces (chicken drumsticks) (skin removed)
धनिया पता – 1-2 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ )(Coriander Leaves – 1-2 table spoon (finely chopped))
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – as required)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
हल्दी – 1/4 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट – 1 T spoon (Ginger, Garlic paste)
हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट – 4 T spoon (Green chilli paste)
निम्बू का रस – 1 T spoon (Lemon juice)
गरम मसाला – 1 T spoon (Garam masala)
तेल – 1 T spoon (Oil)
दही – 100 gm (Curd)

How to Make Tandoori Chicken – विधि

★ पहले चिकन को अछि तरह पानी से दो लेना है.

★ चिकन के पीसेस के दोनों और चाकू से घाट लगा दे.

★ अब एक बर्तन में चिकन पीसेस और नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट, हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट, निम्बू का रस, गरम मसला, दही, 1 स्पून तेल डाल कर सबको अछि तरह मिला लीजिये.और फ्रीज़ में रखे 5 या 6 घंटे के लिए.

★ अब ओवन ट्रे लेकर एल्युमीनियम फॉयल (aluminium foil) से कवर करे अब कैबेज के पते ट्रे के अंदर एक एक करके ट्रे पूरा बिछ्ये अब मरिनटिंग किया हुआ चिकन पीसेस रखे.
अब ओवन में चिकन ट्रे रखे और 300°c/400°c (highest depends on your oven) डिग्री पर 15 या 20 पकाये. चिकन को पलट कर और 15 या 20 मिनट पकाये.उसके बाद चिकन पीसेस को एक प्लेट में निकाल लीजिये, ऊपर से धनिये पता से सजाये, गरमा गरम तंदूरी चिकन तैयार.

Tandoori Chicken Recipe In English

★ Wash Chicken thoroughly with water.

★ Create slits on both sides of the chicken piece with knife.

★ Take a bowl and add Chicken pieces, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, lemon juice, garam masala, curd, oil and mix well and keep it in refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours.

★ Take oven tray and cover it with aluminum foil. Place Cabbage leaves one by one and cover entire tray keep marinated chicken pieces on it. Place the tray in the oven cook for 15 to 20 mins at 300°c/400°c or highest temperature depending upon your oven. Turn Chicken pieces and again cook for 15 to 20 mins. Take Chicken pieces into a plate and garnish with coriander leaves. Tasty Tandoori Chicken is ready.
