Tindora Chutney Recipe

Ingredients for Tindora chutney – आवश्यक सामग्री .

टिंडोरा – 250 gm (Ivy ground)
हरी मिर्च – 4 (Green chilli)
लहसुन – 4 (कालिया) (Gralic cloves)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds – 1/2 tea spoon)
इमली का पल्प – 2 Table spoon (Tamarind pulp – 2 table spoon)

तड़के के लिए – For tempering

जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
उरद दाल – 1/2 T spoon (White lentil)
राय – 1/2 T spoon (Mustard seeds)
कड़ी पता – 10-15 (Curry leaves)

How to Make Tindora chutney Recipe – विधि

★ टिंडोरा को पानी से धो कर काट लीजिये.

★ अब एक पेन तेल डाल कर गरम करे. अब उसमे डालें जीरा, हरी मिर्च, लहसुन डाल कर भुने. अब कटा हुआ टिंडोरा डाल कर ढककर 1 मिनट पकाये. टिंडोरा ठंडा होने के बाद उसमे इमली और नमक डाल कर मिक्सी में बारीक़ पीस लीजिये. अवसक्ता हो तो तोडा पानी डाल कर पीस लीजिये. अब एक छोटे पेन में तेल गरम करे, उसमे उरद दाल, राय, जीरा, कड़ी पता दाल कर भुने. अब तड़के को चटनी में डाल कर मिला लीजिये. आप चाहे तो बिना तड़के के भी परोस सकते है.

Tindora Chutney Recipe In English

★ Wash ivy gourd with water and cut it in to pieces.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, green chillies, garlic cloves and fry them. Now add ivy gourd pieces, cover with lid and cook for 1 min. Let the mixture cool, after that add tamarind pulp, salt and grind them to paste in grinder. Add sufficient water for grinding. Heat oil in a small pan. Add white lentils, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and fry them. Mix this tempering in chutney. You can have this chutney without tempering also. Tasty Tindora Chutney is ready.
