Turai Chutney Recipe

Ingredients for Turai chutney Recipe – आवश्यक सामग्री

तुरई – 1(बड़ा) Ridge Gourd – 1(big)  
तेल – 3 Table spoon (Oil)
टमाटर – 1 (Tamato)
हरी मिर्च – 6 (Green chilli)
इमली का पल्प – 2 T able spoon (Tamarind)
नमक – स्वाद अनुसार (Salt – to taste)
लहसुन – 2 (कालिया) (Garlic cloves – 2)
धनिया पता – 1 bunch (Coriander leaves – 1 bunch )

How to Make Turai Chutney – विधि

★ तुरई का छिलका निकाल कर धो कर काट लीजिये.

★ टमाटर और हरी मिर्च को भी काट लीजिये. अब एक पेन में तेल दाल कर गरम करे. अब उसमे हरी मिर्च, टमाटर, कटा हुआ तुरई और इमली डाल कर धीमी आंच पर 2 या 3 मिनट पकाये. तुरई ठंडा होने के बाद मिक्सी में बारीक़ पीस लीजिये, आखिर में धनिया पता डाल कर पीस लीजिये.

★ अब एक छोटे पेन 2 टेबल स्पून तेल डाल कर गरम करे, उसमे डालें जीरा, राय, कड़ी पता डाल कर भुने. इस तड़के को चटनी में डाल कर मिला ले. आप बिना तड़के का भी परोस सकते है.

Turai Chutney Recipe In English

★ Remove ridge gourd skin, clean it and cut it in to pieces.

★ Cut tomato and green chillies. Heat oil in a pan. Add green chillies, tomato, ridge gourd, tamarind pulp and cook on low flame for 2 or 3 mins. Let the mixture cool, after that grind it in grinder. At last add coriander leaves and grind.

★ Heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and fry them. Mix this tempering in chutney. You can have this chutney without tempering also. Tasty Turai Chutney is ready.
