Ingredients for Veg Tomato Pasta Recipe in Hindi

पास्ता – 1 cup (Pasta)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
ऑलिव तेल – 2 T spoon (Oliva oil)
लहसुन – 6 (Garlic)
स्वीट कॉर्न – 1/2 cup (Sweet corn)
टमाटो पूरी – 1/2 cup (Tomato puree)
गाजर – 1 (Carrot)
बीन्स – 7 (French beans)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
पनीर – 1/2 cup (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Paneer)
चीज़ – 5 T spoon (Chees)
क्रीम – 1/2 cup (Cream)
काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Black pepper powder)

How to Make Veg Tomato Pasta Recipe – विधि

★ प्याज़, गाजर, लहसुन को बारीक़ काट लीजिये. स्वीट कॉर्न और बीन्स को उबाल लीजिये. पास्ता को उबाल कर रख लीजिये.

★ कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज़ और लहसुन डाल कर भुने. अब उबला हुआ स्वीट कॉर्न और टोमेटो प्यूरी डाल कर मिलाये. अब गाजर और बीन्स डाल कर 2 मिनट पकाये. उसके बाद उबला हुआ पास्ता, नमक, कद्दूकस किया हुआ पनीर, क्रीम, चीज़ डाल कर 2 मिनट पका कर गैस बंद कर दीजिये. पास्ता तैयार.

Veg Tomato Pasta Recipe In English

★ Finely chop onion, carrot, garlic. Boil sweet corn and beans. Boil pasta.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onion, garlic and fry them. Add boiled sweet corn, tomato puree and mix. Add carrot, beans and cook for 2 mins. Add boiled pasta, salt, grated paneer, cream, cheese and cook for 2 mins and switch off gas. Tasty Veg Tomato Pasta is ready.
