Ingredients for Vegetable Chips Recipe in Hindi

गाजर – 2 (Carrot)
चुकंदर – 1 (Beetroot)
आलू – 1 (Potato)
काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Black pepper powder)
कॉर्न फ्लौर – 2 Table spoon (Corn flour)
अजवाइन की पत्ती – 1/2 T spoon (Oregano)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Vegetable Chips Recipe – विधि

★ गाजर, चुकंदर, आलू का छिलका निकाल कर पतला लम्बा चिप्स कटर से स्लाइसेस काट लीजिये.

★ अब कटा हुआ गाजर, आलू, चुकंदर पीसेस को पेपर में बिछा कर थोड़ी देर सुक्ने दीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब गाजर, आलू, चुकंदर पीसेस में कॉर्न फ्लौर छिड़क कर दिरेसे से मिलाये. उसके बाद थोड़ा थोड़ा पीसेस डाल कर 2-3 मिनट तक पका कर या गोल्डन ब्राउन होने तक पकाये. अब चिप्स को पेपर में बिछा कर काली मिर्च पाउडर, नमक, अजवाइन के पत्ते गरम गरम चिप्स पर डाल कर खाइये. वेज चिप्स तैयार.

Vegetable Chips Recipe In English

★ Remove carrot, beetroot, potato skin and cut them into thin slices like chips.

★ Put carrot, beetroot, potato slices in a paper and let them dry for a while.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Sprinkle corn flour on slices and mix slowly. After that add some slices in oil and cook for 2 to 3 mins or fry till they turn golden brown. Put chips in a paper and sprinkle black pepper powder, salt, ajwain leaves and serve chips. Vegetable Chips are ready.
